On September 25, 2015, Wang Xiankui, the Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, led a delegation of enterprises to visit Germany. During the meeting, Eurob International signed a cross-border F2b2C cooperation agreement.

The delegation held a "China (Heilongjiang Province) and Germany Enterprise Cooperation Matchmaking Meeting" in Hamburg, Germany, with nearly 200 representatives from relevant German political leaders and well-known businesses. At the meeting, several cooperation agreements and memorandums were signed. Siemens Germany and Harbin Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd; Dethleffs GmbH, Germany and Hao International Logistics Co.; Getzville Resort Company, Germany and Heilongjiang Development and Reform Commission; Sostec Company of Goeran Group, Germany and Tianyang Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd of Heilongjiang Agriculture Reclamation; Eurob International Ltd., Germany and Luobei Xianghe Wood Industry Co., Ltd respectively signed cooperation agreements and memorandums.
